Public offer for TezBook service use

Version dated May 30, 2026. This public offer sets the terms for using TezBook. The offer is accepted when a company is registered, a workspace is created, a user signs in, Telegram booking is configured, or the service is otherwise used.

The person creating a company in TezBook confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of that company and accept these terms.

1. Subject

TezBook provides access to software for managing branches, services, specialists, work shifts, client bookings, company public pages, Telegram booking, notifications, and related schedule tools.

TezBook does not provide the company services sold to clients, does not participate in payments between the company and clients, and does not define service price, quality, timing, or other service terms.

2. Workspace and roles

  • the owner manages company data, tariff, branches, users, and core settings;
  • the manager works within the assigned branch and permitted actions;
  • the specialist works with their own bookings and schedule when linked to a specialist profile;
  • the company is responsible for accurate data, role assignment, and user account security.

3. Client bookings

Bookings may be created through Telegram, the company public page, or the TezBook workspace. The service checks available time, branch, service, specialist, work shifts, breaks, and blocked intervals, and helps prevent double bookings.

The company must keep services, prices, schedules, branch addresses, and contact details up to date. All agreements with clients about the actual service remain the company responsibility.

4. Telegram integration

TezBook may work through the platform Telegram bot or through a company custom bot if the tariff allows it. The company is responsible for lawful bot and group connection, notification settings, and protection of tokens, secrets, and access rights.

5. Tariffs, limits, and payment

Feature access depends on the selected tariff. A tariff may limit branches, users, specialists, bookings per period, custom Telegram integration, public pages, analytics, and other capabilities.

The TezBook website balance is not real money, electronic money, a bank account, a deposit, or a payment instrument for settlements with third parties. The balance is used only as internal accounting for receiving services and features inside TezBook.

If the paid period ends, the balance becomes negative, or active usage exceeds tariff terms, TezBook may restrict new client bookings, move the company to read-only mode, pause selected features, or offer a suitable tariff. Existing data remains available within the technical and legal capabilities of the service.

6. Prohibited actions

  • using TezBook for illegal services, spam, client deception, or third-party rights violations;
  • attempting to access another company data or bypass role, branch, tariff, or security limits;
  • publishing real tokens, secrets, passwords, or other access credentials openly;
  • disrupting the service, Telegram integration, or TezBook infrastructure.

7. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the TezBook Privacy Policy. The company must provide client and staff data lawfully and use it only for booking support, visit communication, service delivery, and other lawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to TezBook, interfaces, code, design, documentation, marks, and related materials belong to TezBook rights holders. The company receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under this offer and the selected tariff.

9. Liability

TezBook takes reasonable measures to keep the service stable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation where issues are caused by the internet, Telegram, hosting, third parties, incorrect company settings, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

TezBook is not responsible for unavailable access, delayed notices, or undelivered notices where the cause is the internet connection, device, or settings of the company as the registered service user, the internet connection, device, or settings of the client who created the booking, or failures, restrictions, or changes on Telegram infrastructure.

TezBook is not responsible for the quality of company services, actions of company staff, incorrect schedule data, visit cancellations, payments with clients, or lost profit unless expressly agreed otherwise.

10. General disclaimer for free features

TezBook is a Beta version. Free features, test access, trial periods, experimental capabilities, and paid functionality obtained through promo codes issued by the service during Beta are provided strictly “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, expected commercial result, or compatibility with external services.

11. Limited warranty for paid features

For features actually paid for by the company with money, TezBook warrants conformity with the core technical description of the service published on the website, in the tariff, or in agreed materials on the payment date. Promo-code access during Beta is not treated as a paid license for this warranty. If a confirmed breach of this warranty is caused by TezBook, the maximum compensation is limited to the cost of the paid subscription or license for the period in which the breach occurred, and in any case not more than the amount actually paid by the company for the most recent billing month.

12. Changes, suspension, and blocking

TezBook may update the service, tariffs, and offer terms by publishing a new version on this page. The company may stop using the service. TezBook may restrict, suspend, or block access for a company, service user, or individual account in case of offer violations, security risks, unlawful use, abuse complaints, or non-payment of a paid tariff.

13. Governing law and contact

The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Questions about these terms, personal data, and support may be sent through the TezBook contact channels listed on the website.
