Privacy and personal data policy

Version dated May 30, 2026. This Policy explains how TezBook processes and protects personal data when companies use the service for online booking through Telegram, public booking pages, and the company workspace.

By using TezBook, the company confirms that it provides client, staff, and representative data on a lawful basis and obtains any consents required by applicable law.

1. Terms

TezBook is software for managing branches, services, specialists, schedules, client bookings, and notifications. Company means the business that creates a workspace in TezBook. Client means a person booking a company service.

2. Data we process

  • company data: name, phone, address, specialization, branches, tariff, public page, Telegram and notification settings;
  • company user data: name, email, phone, role, branch, interface language, and access settings;
  • client data: name, phone, email, Telegram profile, language, and booking history;
  • booking data: service, specialist, branch, visit date and time, status, source, note, cancellation reason, and action history;
  • technical data: security events, notification logs, Telegram connection statuses, sessions, and workspace actions.

3. Purposes

  • creating and supporting the company workspace;
  • checking available time, preventing double bookings, and maintaining schedules;
  • sending confirmations, reminders, and service notifications to clients, companies, branches, or specialists;
  • managing tariffs, limits, feature access, and read-only mode when paid access expires;
  • supporting users, investigating disputed actions, recovering from incidents, and protecting the service;
  • meeting legal, contractual, and lawful authority requirements.

4. Telegram and providers

When a booking is made through Telegram, TezBook may receive a Telegram identifier, profile name, username, language, and booking details. Notifications may be sent to the client, specialist, company owner, and a company or branch Telegram group if enabled.

TezBook may use infrastructure, payment, communication, and analytics providers. Data is shared only as needed to provide the service, protect it, and perform obligations. TezBook does not sell company client data.

5. Company responsibility

The company decides what client and staff data to enter into TezBook and is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and relevance of that data. The company must use client data only for booking support, visit communication, service delivery, and other lawful purposes.

6. Storage and protection

Access is limited by user role and branch. Important booking actions are logged. Secret keys and tokens needed for Telegram connection must be used only for integration setup and must not be published openly.

Data is stored while the service is used and for as long as needed to meet legal duties, protect rights, account for operations, and preserve booking history. Upon a justified request, data may be deleted or anonymized unless continued storage is required by law or legitimate interests.

7. Data subject rights

A user or client may request access, correction, restriction, deletion, or an explanation of processing. Requests may be sent through the company that manages the booking or to TezBook support. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.

8. Changes

TezBook may update this Policy when the product, tariffs, Telegram integration, security requirements, or law changes. The current version is published on this page.

9. Cookies, external channels, and access restriction

TezBook may use necessary and analytics cookies, session, language, device, and interface-event data to operate the website, protect accounts, remember user settings, and improve the service.

TezBook is not responsible for unavailable access, delayed notices, or undelivered notices where the cause is the internet connection, device, or settings of the company using the service, the internet connection, device, or settings of the client, or failures, restrictions, or changes on Telegram or other external-provider infrastructure.

If the terms are violated, data is processed unlawfully, security is threatened, or abuse complaints are received, TezBook may restrict, suspend, or block access for a service user or company while retaining data as needed to comply with law, protect rights, and investigate the incident.
